Pretty Wildflowers

We got theses flowers from some girls at church. Aren't they pretty? We are so blessed to have nice girls a church who enjoy serving others in little ways like picking beautiful flowers like these.

My first garden...

I have always wanted to have a garden but either
I didn't have time or the money at the ideal time for
planting in Upstate NY (usually around Memorial day
to avoid frost) so this year after the father of one of
my daycare kids decided about a week and a half
before Memorial day that he would come over with
his rotatiller and make a small garden area for me
(what a blessing that was!) here is my little garden!!
It may not look like much to some people but this is
a big deal for us! :) Every morning after we read our
Bible and eat breakfast we go out and check on the
garden. It is so nice to watch things grow!We have
tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, watermelon,
cantaloupe, and pumpkins. Beautiful isn't it? Complete
with weed cover to avoid too much weeding, something
that I don't have a lot of time for and a two foot fence to
keep those dumb, I mean cute little bunnies out:)

My moms bday....

My mom went to the cheescake factory for her birthday..one of her friends took her there . now I am gonna make ya hungry with pictures=) MMMMMMMMMMM.......=)

Memorial Day

Hey I know this is sooooooooooooooooo late I am still going to post about memorial day. My mom wanted me to post pics.Our Pastor riding his motorcycle in the parade. Cool huh?Evan on the float for the boys. They all dressed up in army clothes, and held scripture signs. The orchestra float.......This is a family in our church who made their own little float and played their instruments and sang in the parade. nice decorations...Abraham Lincoln(alias Brad Barkowski) and a soldier boy (well... Tim Mcnamara) from the civil war...My friend Sarah. Thats it for now! Hey Abe ya got the wrong hat on!

The Book Tower!

The kids were having fun the other day makin' this book tower and wanted everyone to see. they had lots of fun with this thing .... it was as tall as me! A little higher............

Tired Babycakes!! ;)

Boy we really tire them out don't we! There is so much excitement around here sometimes we can't even stay awake to eat! Ya know I would love to do this just about every day around here.....uh but I don't. But it would be pretty funny if I did! I love this little baby she is such a blessing to watch she does have her moments.... but don't we all? I am so glad God has given me this job I really couldn't imagine not doing it I love being able to enjoy so many kids over the years it really has been a blessing.I have learned so much over the years (although I'm stumped as a parent all the time, begging God for wisdom). I am also thankful for what my children learn from our daycare, so many practical things and being there with me throughout the days has been such a blessing.:) Oh and just like I always say...I think all the cute ones come to my daycare!!
